Questions to review before using an AI quant trading terminal

Product boundaries, billing, funding, risk, and support — written as short answers for decisions and AI search.

Product & trading boundaries

What is QANTERION?

QANTERION is an AI quant trading terminal that makes systematic trading readable for everyday traders. It organizes account state, strategy runs, positions, risk, and funding workflows in one workspace, across crypto, US stocks, precious metals, and commodities. It improves visibility and control; it does not guarantee investment returns or replace trading judgment.

Is QANTERION an AI trading bot?

No. QANTERION is a terminal for inspectable strategy, portfolio, risk, and funding workflows — not a “set and forget” profit bot. Automation should make state clearer, not hide it.

Does QANTERION guarantee returns?

No. Backtests and paper data describe behavior under specific conditions, not future results. Quant trading can lose money and is not investment advice.

Is live trading available?

The current product focuses on simulation and paper-trading workflows. Live execution, custody, and real-money processing require explicit service, account, and compliance enablement.

How is paper trading different from live trading?

Paper or simulated activity does not create a real market fill or confirm that money moved. Live operation requires trading, account, and funding services to agree.

Where does account data come from?

The UI distinguishes demo snapshots, local actions, real-time data, and platform-confirmed records. Sample state is never presented as a live result.

Subscriptions, billing & entitlements

How does billing work?

Public plans are $188 / 7 days and $388 / 30 days. Access time is added only after payment and platform confirmation. A redirect or submitted intent is not activation.

What does a subscription purchase?

A subscription buys terminal access for a defined period. It does not purchase investment returns, managed accounts, custody by default, or investment advice.

How do I get access time?

Confirmed subscription orders can add access time. Campaign or referral benefits apply only after published rules and platform verification.

What happens when time expires?

Available surfaces follow account permissions at that time. Account, funding, security, and membership remain accessible for records and renewal.

How do referrals grant time?

Eligibility, thresholds, and rewards follow the formal rules shown in the referral center. Registration, deposits, or link sharing alone do not create a reward.

What is the rebate rate?

A rebate rate, eligibility rule, or settlement cycle is valid only after the platform formally configures and displays it.

Funding, assets & networks

How does funding work?

The funding page shows submitted, processing, and completed states for deposits and withdrawals. Only platform-confirmed ledger records change account funds.

Which assets and networks?

Use only the assets, networks, addresses, and minimums currently shown on the funding page. Never transfer to an unlisted or unverifiable destination.

Risk, backtests & simulation

Are strategy returns guaranteed?

No. Backtests and paper data describe behavior under specific conditions, not future results. They are not investment advice and do not guarantee live performance.

Why do backtest returns not equal future results?

Historical samples omit live slippage, capacity, regime change, and operational risk. Use drawdown, limits, and failure conditions — not headline return alone.

Account, security & support

What identity and compliance checks apply?

Requirements may vary by product mode, region, and funding service. Follow the registration flow, account notices, and official legal disclosures.

Mobile support?

Desktop web is the primary work surface. Narrow screens retain navigation and key entry points; dense tables may scroll horizontally.

How do I contact support?

Email [email protected]. For account, sign-in, funding, or subscription issues, include your account identifier and relevant timestamps when possible.
