This policy describes how QANTERION handles information related to the website and trading terminal.

Information we may process

  • Account data: email, username, login identifiers (including Google sign-in identifiers).
  • Usage and device data: access logs and basic device/browser data for security and reliability.
  • Trading and funding records: orders, entitlements, funding requests, and ledgers as needed to operate the service.
  • Local preferences: language and UI preferences may be stored in the browser.

Purposes

To provide and improve the service, complete subscriptions and funding flows, protect security, meet legal duties, and perform necessary product analytics on a lawful basis.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, or protect legitimate rights, with processors under appropriate protections.

Website analytics and opt-out

Website analytics is disabled by default. A production operator may enable it only after retention and deletion controls are in place, at which point the consent panel is displayed.

Only after you select “Allow analytics” does the site create anonymous visitor and session identifiers and record: the page path without query parameters, page title, referrer without query parameters, language, screen dimensions, and UTM source, medium, campaign, and content fields. Search terms, sign-in credentials, trading data, and payment information are not sent to this analytics endpoint.

Declining removes the site’s analytics identifiers. Collection also stops when the browser sends DNT or GPC. You can change your choice at any time through “Privacy choices” in the lower-left corner. Before production enablement, the operator must enforce a maximum retention period of 90 days for raw events and 13 months for aggregate reports, and honor access and deletion requests.
