About QANTERION and Qanterion LLC

Last reviewed: 2026-08-14

QANTERION is an AI-powered quantitative automated trading terminal built for everyday people. It brings account state, strategy runs, positions, risk signals, and funding workflows into one inspectable workspace across crypto, US stocks, precious metals, and commodities, so a systematic strategy can be set up, automated, and supervised without a quant desk.

This page states who operates the product and where its boundaries are. Every claim below is either a verified corporate fact or a description of behavior enforced in the product’s code.

Operating entity

QANTERION is operated by Qanterion LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

Registered address 2-98 E Brundage St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States

QANTERION is the product and brand name. Qanterion LLC is the legal entity that operates it. Where documents refer to “we,” they refer to Qanterion LLC.

Not affiliated with similarly named companies

QANTERION and Qanterion LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Quanterion Solutions Incorporated (quanterion.com), a reliability-engineering company with a similar-sounding name, or any other similarly named entity. Search results for “qanterion” may surface unrelated companies; the operating entity stated above is the only one behind this product.

What QANTERION does

  • Provides terminal access for strategy research, simulation, and monitoring.
  • Organizes portfolio, positions, risk exposure, and capital flow in one place.
  • Supports paper-first decision workflows before anything is committed.
  • Shows drawdown and risk context alongside return, rather than return alone.

What QANTERION does not do

  • It does not guarantee profits or market-beating outcomes.
  • It does not manage or custody your capital by default.
  • It does not present historical backtests as future results.
  • It does not replace your judgment or your responsibility for risk.
  • It is not investment advice, brokerage, or a managed trading service.

Who it serves

Everyday people who want to run a systematic process without a quant desk: people who want to see what a strategy did to their capital and their risk before deciding whether to keep running it. Automating a strategy here does not mean handing it over unseen — it is not aimed at people looking for a hands-off return product, because QANTERION is not one.

Why paper-first and risk-first

Two design decisions follow from that audience, and both are enforced in code rather than stated as intent:

Paper-first. Live trading is refused unless the deployment explicitly enables it (TRADING_MODE=live, LIVE_TRADING_ENABLED=true, and configured broker and market-data providers). Without all of those, live strategy commands are rejected outright rather than quietly simulated.

Risk-first. Capital thresholds, allocation limits, and drawdown are presented next to strategy performance, not behind it. When the strategy execution core cannot be reached, the platform fails closed and reports it. It does not fall back to locally generated fills to keep a screen looking alive.

Product and custody boundary

This is the boundary most worth reading carefully.

QANTERION maintains balances on its own double-entry ledger. It is not a non-custodial product, and we do not describe it as one. When real-money funding is enabled, funds are held under Qanterion LLC’s arrangements with its payment and custody providers, not in a wallet you alone control.

Real-money funding is disabled by default. Deposits and withdrawals require the deployment to explicitly enable live funding and to have payment and custody providers configured. In paper funding mode no payment or custody provider is contacted at all.

Subscriptions purchase terminal access for a period. They do not purchase investment returns, managed trading, or a share of any strategy’s performance.

See how QANTERION handles access and user control for the account-level controls, and the risk disclosure for the risk statement that governs use of the product.

What we do not publish

We would rather leave a gap than fill it with something unverified:

  • Named leadership and reviewer credentials. Not published pending review. We will not attach names or qualifications to this product that have not been confirmed.
  • Registration numbers. Not published. The email address and support line above are the accountable contact routes.
  • Regulatory status claims. QANTERION does not claim broker-dealer, investment-adviser, custodian, or fiduciary status, and nothing on this site should be read as claiming any of them.
  • Third-party backtest assumptions. See backtesting methodology for exactly which assumptions are ours and which belong to the strategy execution core.
